Notes:

The manuscript of this little manual of Roman law will be found in the Bibliothè€que nationale identified as Paris Gr. 1384. It was edited and published by Z. von Lingenthal at Leipsic in 1865 as part IV of the series called 'Jus graeco-romanum'. The text follows very closely that of the Ecloga, but deals only with private personal law and contains no appendices. Also there are certain important modifications, especially in financial law.--Introd. Includes index. "Books consulted": p. [114]
